Innovation. Practicality. Structure.

Justin Lewis started his career working for Walmart Stores as an SME in their Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) initiative. During this time, he gained tangible experience applying an emerging technology to large scale business processes, and enabled both technology providers, and Walmart suppliers to implement with ease.

After completing an MBA from NYU Stern with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Strategy, Justin spent 5 years within the Strategic Operations practice at A.T. Kearney. In this role, Justin completed projects that provided strategic guidance, and enhanced margin, working from the customer-back, for clients within Retail, Logistics, Insurance, and Oil & Gas Industries.

Though delivering value and providing impact for clients, Justin sought operator experience that consulting alone could not provide. In 2018, he left Kearney and joined Walmart.com where he managed planning & analytics, replenishment, and inventory management for over $2B in sales, and subsequently Smalls.com, where he owned the end to end supply chain for a fast growing direct to consumer startup.

With 5+ years of hands-on operator experience, and 5 years as a strategic operations consultant, Justin sits at the intersection of theory and practicality. He is able to highlight the right path forward for clients, pushing companies into the future in a way that is practical, structured, and mindful of the nuances of the current operation.
